Topaz Video AI crash at startup - won't start at all

Hi everyone, I wanted to test Topaz Video AI on my home computer server, which I’m using as multimedia and AI server. My PC spec:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G - 6 cores 12 threads
RAM: 80 GB DDR4
GPU: NVIDIA GF RTX 5070 TI with 16 GB VRAM
Windows 11 x64

Unfortunately Topaz won’t start - I’m clicking on program icon on my desktop and nothing happen, no error appear, just nothing. I found logs files in AppData\Roaming\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Video AI\logs and it says:

can anyone help me with this? I tested the versions - 7.1.3, 7.1.1 and 7.1.0

Ok, I found solution:

  1. Install Topaz Video AI 6.2.1
  2. Run once
  3. Install Topaz Video AI 7.1.3
  4. Now Topaz starts correctly

I don’t know why it’s like that, but now i can run this and try
