I have been trying to upscale some videos to 1080p at 50fps but they always get stuck at 100%. Also, when I’m doing my conversions, after a certain period (I’m not sure when?) the actual video images in the Preview windows either get stuck as a freeze frame or are blank.
I have been trying to convert on Topaz Video AI Beta v3.5.2.0.b, and have also tried with v3.5.1 and have been having the exact same problems.
I am on Windows 11 and have an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070. Currently, I am using the latest Game Ready Driver, as on a few other recent versions of your software I had issues with the Studio Drivers (which a few other users also had on here).
I have also noticed with this Beta that I am unable to alter two settings within Preferences. One of these is ‘Target Bitrate’. I cannot put in my own custom amount, only the chosen ones from the list. Also under Export, I am unable to disable ‘Use Temporary Directory’.
I don’t know if they are related to any of my issues, but thought I’d mention them anyway.
