Topaz Video AI 7.1.4 + 7.1.5

I agree, any version higher than 7.0.2 will introduce **** new bugs (on top of the already skyscrapper long list).
7.0.2 is good for Starlight Mini
5.3.6 for everything else, taking advantage of the Hyperion model.

Is it safe to assume I am very much CPU bottlenecked? I looked at my old RTX 4070 super score and both seem to be pretty close to each other. 9070XT is much faster in some things but enhancements are slower.
