Its a bit confusing, this are different function lines, you must select something one line some other fields not gets greyed out
set “Source Matching” and checkbox" EZKeep Grain" value 1 and also set “Denoiser” and “Lossless” fields, they are not greyed out in your screenshot, just do all like in my screenshot
