So how do I go about updating a Custom Preset? Used to be able to do it… Not it’s just create and delete pretty much… You used to be abble to copy a setting and apply it to other sources too… whare’s it all at?
I’m having the same problem with this update. Live preview stops about every 2 or 3 seconds and then when pressing play again, it moves along another 2 or 3 then it acts the same every time.
I had minimal to no problem with the last release (6.1.0).
Oh yeah, I use that copy feature a lot from before.
Thank you!
Thank you!! I assume there’s no more copying from source to source?
I’m having an issue where when I try to play the video preview it plays for a few seconds and stops itself.
It “Auto-adds” the preview bar when I don’t want it. I just want to review the number of seconds I pre-selected. I hope this bug gets situated.
This problem is still unresolved. When installing an update, it does not delete the old registry key. As a result, I see 2 versions of the software.
This problem has been around for a few years now. It was already the case with Video AI version 3.
For the time being, the only solution is to manually delete the registry key of the old version.
Does Starlight cloud render at source framerate?
What app is that to show old versions and keys left over in Windows?
Looks like Regedit. Not sure of the exact path, though.
I was more talking about the first screenshot where he can check the topaz version lines.
This latest update can’t finalize the folder it creates to hold generated frames on the Mac, and so the folder DISAPPEARS. I processed a video as PNG files and used “View export > Show in finder” to access the frames… but the output was nowhere to be found. Ran it again and by checking the output location observed that a folder was created and frames were being outputted, so I watched carefully as the process finalized and just as Video AI said it was completed the folder DISAPPEARED. Not in the trash, not anywhere. Probably a hidden file now, but you’ll have to excuse me but this is UNACCEPTABLE. I had avoided updating because this is not the first time the updates gave me a broken application, but now, coming close to my annual re-subscription deadline, it is doubtful I’ll buy the app again.
Same Problem. HELP PLEASE!!
p.s. quality control incredibly bad
Revo Uninstaller pro
Cloud Starlight rendered my 30fps video jittery in movement. Terrible. Picture quality superb but motion not good at all.
Yeah, I’m having the same problem when it comes to motion artifacts and flckering/ghosting (see above clips) that the older models didn’t really have a problem with. I think they’re looking into it though. Image quality improvement is definitely a step up compared to the older models (with a few issues) but the motion jiteriness is jarring to look at in some very fast moving scenes.
