If it’s on preview. That crazy stuff happened to me in V5 too. Normaly, restarting Video AI helps.
version 6.0 is missing the ability to pause the local rendering . where is the pause button i cant find it .

i use my laptop with multiple apps as you render the pause feature lets me work during the day and run the rendering at night without having to have lost all the previous rendering time. some of my videos take 1 to 3 days to export . so yes a pause button is necessary.
Notebook are all much too slow for TopazVideoAI. It’s better with large PCs, but you have to make sure that the hardware has plenty of power there too
The last version where the video preview works correctly is version 6.0.0.3 beta.
Version 5.3.6 seems to work better than 6.0.0.3 beta, colors look correct and not forced to orange, pink and red, the medium quality iris model seems to work better in this version 5.3.6. If you are a new user and are paying for a 1 year upgrade license, you will have to settle for using an old version of the product. Version 5.3.6 was made available for download in October 2024, so we have 2 months of new versions that do not work (5.4.0, 5.5.0, 5.5.1, 6.0.0, 6.0.1). After my 1 year upgrade license ends, will I be entitled to download and use 5 new versions or 2 extended months of new versions? Since I am paying for updates that do not work, I think this would be the least the company could do for its customers.

If not set, Hyperion gives at most Limited range in ALL cases if FFV1 codec is used.
Getting a BT.2020 video stream (generated by Hyperion) recorded in a Limited color range is totally useless.
