Topaz Video AI 6.0 will not update to current version

Have tried several Video AI 6.0 to current version (6.22). Files download, but clicking “Install” leads to window called “Update Installation” shown in first screenshot. Nothing is exporting. Regardless, the “Install now” button does not respond. This has behavior has recurred several times.

Try these steps below to do a clean install of the latest release of the app.

  1. Uninstall Topaz Video AI by dragging and dropping the app into the trash bin
  2. Delete the plist files & empty the trash bin

  3. Reboot your Mac
  4. Reinstall
