Ever time I rotate a video it distorts it in its original aspect ratio? on the âafterâ window, the before window looks fine and rotated properly.

Transfering an AI model from one app to another is a difficult task as the models in Gigapixel and Photo AI are not trained to work with video files.
The team is working on updates to some of the models already in the app as well as some new ones for various situations.
You can manually type in any frame rate from 5 to 250 fps for frame interpolation.
About the framerate, it wonât let me set it above 120. Even when I enter 200+, it still renders at 120

I donât know what is going through your minds with these constant interface changes. What sort of group speak is going on in your meeting rooms??? What on earth have you done to the interface? This software should be intuitive and easy for someone to pick up. Instead you force major changes every few months that do not benefit the people that give up their dollars and only make you feel good. I am tired of this. There is little or no explanation of how to use the new interface and I find myself losing interest in the frequent calamities. Until you fix this culture, I am not upgrading again.
And spend more time fixing the terrible Proteus model that continues to maul features. These are the changes users want. not stupid and confusing GUI updates

We are ALL Beta testers for Topaz and actually pay THEM for the privilege to do so. They get valuable feedback about their product that will allow them to improve it (the way THEY see it) meanwhile seemingly ignoring the feedback regarding better models and faster processing and fixing numerous bugs that have been around for far too long. It seems the marketing or finance folks there are running things so I suppose they are doing what they think will increase revenue (Pro version) at the expense of loyal users who just want a stable product will great models. These releases focusing on the UI and minor bug fixes every two weeks just isnât getting it done for the majority of us. (Yes I spoke for the group. If Iâm wrong go for it.)
This product should be carefully tested before it is foisted on paying customers and it seems that is not the case. Just go back to the numerous releases and read the bugs inherent in them. I for one wonât pay another dime until someone at the company wakes up and actually cares about what WE want. Fix the bugs and get us better models. Redecorating the UI every two weeks isnât necessary.

No. Topaz is just honouring what some customers has asked for a while; some would say which is - âLess weekly updatesâ and now, it could take up to 3-weeks before the next release (that still has years old bugs and the EXTRA time still brought in new bugs 
)
