The Caroussel which was introduced recently gives the wrong model when you load a preset.
The selected model is Iris.
This error was there since its introduction.
Personally I don’t want a caroussel at all, but if it’s there let it be at least functional and give the correct information.
A good example why you shouldn’t make changes to the interface and introduce bugs instead of fixing the ones that are already there.

Please update the older models already most users do not want new UI changes every 10 weeks and new features that like 95% of users will never use. We want the older models with new updates. Gaia Nxy Proteus Iris and Artemis should have been updated 2 times each by now S H M.
Gaia Nyx Proteus Iris mostly and maybe Artemis just general updates nothing real specific. It you be nice for the models to take 480p or 720p and be to give good video quality at like 1440p or close that size. Right now the results for these models are subpar. Also these model need a good processing speed increase. The Gaia model should not be slower than a brick wall.

If I am reading this correctly, we cannot use the software, AT ALL, without EULA in effect, and the EULA expires when your license does. So you have changed us being able to continue to use the product, just no updates, and have switched to a subscription only model?
Just remember, courts consider foreseeability, direct causation, and reasonable mitigation for non-breaching individuals key-factor and if memory serves, Topaz HQ resides UNDER Texas law (US) so, ToU are just guidelines, not the rule by applicable law.
