STARLIGHT Fast 2: can't download the model for local use

Hi! I recently reinstalled the latest version of Topaz Video on my PC after completely reformatting it! When I selected the various versions of the “Starlight” model, the program started downloading them without any issues, but when I tried to download the FAST 2 version, once the download started, the program stopped at 100% (it seems), without completing and “installing” the package, so I can’t use it. (In fact, if I exit the download screen and then reselect the template, it makes me start …
