Purchased and downloaded Video Pro today and also can’t process using Starlight HQ just get “Failed”. Fast works ok haven’t tried the others yet. Very disappointed.
Same issue but different mix, SLS stalls out after a few seconds without errors and SLF2 errors out immediately, Precise did work ok in a partial test.
Please post your logs, so support has the data they need to fix this issue, thanks
Logs attached, showing the following:
Starlight Mini - runs correctly (ran until output file was created, then aborted)
Starlight Sharp - starts, then stalls. Neuroserver kept running, but no output was created and GPU load dropped to zero.
Starlight Fast 2 - Neuroserver crashes immediately after load. No output file created.
Starlight HQ - Runs correctly (ran until output file was created, then aborted)
Starlight Precise - Neuroserver crashes immediately after load. No output file created.

See this post. All of my moives were in mkv. I swapped the clip to .mp4, the SLP2.5 worked, Neuroserver only used 10GB of system mem.
The time estimate and frame rate are very wrong
The results are impressive, took 26min for 41 sec of video
I have exactly the issue. Both HQ and Fast 2 works fine under version 1.3.1.
Now, nothing works. Fails within a minute. Some reported mkv container not working. But all my videos are mp4 container. Tried multiple videos. Even tried ones that worked under 1.3.1 before. Now, 1.4.0 would not even work with those that worked under 1.3.1.
Total garbage. Need bug fix immediately. Please.
Starlight Sharp worked fine 2 days ago….now it says I can’t do it locally??? What SCAM.
@Ruebarb Your Starlight Precise 2.5 exports are failing due to this bug with mkv sources.
The other errors seem to be out of memory errors. Please ensure all other apps are closed and try running them again.
The out of memory is being caused by neuroserver using the entire 64GB of system memory when trying to process the mkv, this is well documented on the 1.4.0 thread at this point.
