Upon starting a new project, Topaz suddenly started opening two or more MPV video windows independent of the internal program environment itself. The windows don’t display any content, nor can the file imagery be viewed within Topaz directly. This started in the latest version of 5 so I installed 6.0.3 yet the problem remains.
Okay, after posting I tried deleting the project folder that kept autoloading and I have my preview working again. However, it’s still launching a second MPV preview window that I don’t need.
How can I stop that behavior (I’m fine with previewing directly in Topaz) and how can I turn off autoloading the previous project open from the last session I closed Topaz with? DxDiag.txt (84.3 KB) logsForSupport.zip (11.0 MB)
Just as suddenly, the extra windows stopped appearing and the program is behaving as it was. I’d love to know what started and then stopped such behavior but I’ll stick with where I am.
Unfortunately, the current project I’m working on refuses to render a final video with audio. But that’s probably a different gripe in a different post.
It was on the preview file, both in the app and on an external player.
I would have sworn from my use with earlier versions that the preview file’s included sound but after searching around, I understand that’s not the case. Exported files appear to be behaving as expected.
