Topaz Studio | Transition Questions

Login to your account at the link And-e provided. As advised be sure Photo AI is set to auto-renew. (You can always cancel that up to a few days before they charge you to renew Photo, at least a few days before the renewal date.)

Since you’re saying you want Topaz Photo and Topaz Video, the least expensive way to get that only until the offer expires September 26th (unless they extend it again, for you or for everyone) is to renew your license to Topaz GigapixeI. Even if you’re not going to use Gigapixel, renewing that before the offer expires is much less expensive than renewing Topaz Video and will give you one year of all three apps including Video. Again they are saying that ability to get all three for the price of one year of any two expires on September 26th. Once the offer expires, it would cost a lot more to get Topaz Video going again.

One thing to check, though, before you pay for Gigapixel to get Video: make sure your hardware can run Video. There have been problems related to hardware requirements for the new Video app. Read through this thread: Topaz Video 1.0.0 (New Studio Release)

Unfortunately no free trial is available at this time.

If you do get the two licenses active and set on auto-renewal in time, don’t be surprised if there is a delay of several days before your account gets transitioned to allow you to activate Video and to show you as an Active Studio subscriber with auto-renewal. It may show incorrect pricing information on the renewal or the wrong renewal date for Studio. Give them a few days; it gets straightened out automatically, and then it would show the auto-renewal date for Studio (which, again, you can always cancel before renewal if you’re not happy) as being one year from your date of renewing Gigapixel. In other words, they’ll give you a full year of Gigapixel and Video and add a year from the date of your purchase to your subscription to Photo.

If a Studio subscription lapses, this deal is off. You can’t pick it up again later after a subscription lapses without paying full price, unless they extend a new deal.
