Topaz reinstalled on a new Mac: fiel- external module does not propose Topaz , but only edit photo is proposing Topaz

I have a new Mac and reinstalled topaz and LRC; Topaz appears in “photo” “modify in Topaz AI”; but when processed in Topaz and reimported in TIF, no change appears despite the photo having been processed in Topaz AI; in addition, Topaz is no available via “file”, “external module”: Topaz is not proposed there ???

Thanks for sharing this.

Please upload the log files so I can see what’s going on in the application. To do that, open Topaz Photo AI and go to the Help > Open Log Folder menu option and upload all the files in that folder here.

I should be able to determine next steps given that information.
