The Error running model issues are fixed for users in v1.3.3. If issues remain on it - Send fresh logs and we can relay to the development team as remaining issue.
For Face issue: can you send fresh logs for the face issue in v1.2.1 - Dm or support@topazlabs.com - We have an open item with the development team for face detection issues, and the logs would confirm if its this issue or something else.
Creative face recovery seems to be working okay again with this update.

I just updated to version 1.3.3. Everything seems to be working correctly. There’s no longer any need to replace any files like aiengine.dll from version 1.3.1. All the models that previously failed to load, as in 1.3.1, now seem to work. There are no more loading errors 
.
Artifacts with Wonder 2 in large images (8K+) will be fixed with the Localisation fix.
Tested with an 20K output.
Recovery 3 will then work too.
I did not test remove.
I hope implementing the fix will take not that long

Somehow, I feel that if posts are moved to different new threads without being curated (deciding what should stay here and what shouldn’t), it harms the conversation within the community.
Because a lot of threads just get lost in the mix.
