Nothing works. UI is mostly unresponsive. Image loads slowly and any clicks take minutes to take effect. My guess is that Topaz is constantly talking to the server? In any case I checked my connection and all is working for my browser. Is there a place to see what is causing this and what is being done to fix? Never had problems before. Topaz Mac

Hello, just to say that I am having the same issue like you on my Mac Pro. Before never had any issues and from today jan 10. the Topaz Photo AI is not working. Hopefully they will fix the bug soon.
Same problem for me. Impossible to get work done.
