It’s frustrating when software doesn’t cooperate!

Here are a couple of steps you can try to temporarily resolve the crashing issue with Topaz Photo AI Recover Faces on your Mac Studio:

Delete the CoreML Cache Folder:

Are you on OS 15? If so, can you test this to see if it repairs your Photo AI:

• Delete CoreML Cache Folder
• Important: Use the path with the tilde sign, like this one ~/Library/Application Support
• Send me a screenshot of the folder you are in if you cannot find it. Make sure to use the ~ sign, and it will bring you to the correct place. Macs have 2 Application Support folders, and you will have to be in the correct one to delete this folder.

Disable Face Recovery:
In the Photo AI Preferences Menu, disable the Face Recovery feature under Autopilot settings.

This can help bypass the crash until Topaz Support contact you
