Hi everyone. We are reading through all the comments and deciding what our next steps are. So far, here is the most common feedback (in no particular order):
- Features are hidden behind multiple menus (Add Enhancements button, Selection menu inside the Controls menu)
- Harder to preview changes in this version
- Takes more clicks to get the same result
- Breaks batch workflows
- Wasted space in the right panel
- Undesired zoom behavior with upscaling
I have taken down all other points in this thread as well and am organizing so we can address it asap starting Monday.
Clearly, the overall feedback is negative. The goal was not to create a worse version of the application.
If the latest version is not working for you or crashing, I highly recommend rolling back to the previous version so you have a functional version of the application to continue using for now. Roll back by uninstalling Topaz Photo AI and then installing a previous version.
