Having the exact same issue, using my R5 and CR3 files converted from RAW using AI 1.1.3. There’s a color shift towards blue/green, and images seem a bit darker in LRC. If I use Topaz DeNoise, or AI Sharpen, this doesn’t happen. It also doesn’t happen if I use AI 1.1.3 but DO NOT convert using the plugin from RAW, and simply convert as jpeg.
I am new with Topaz AI software and have been discovering the amazing face recovering, sharpen and noise removal features of Topaz V1.1.3. I have used plug-in forgot the name but similar to Portrait Pro and I thought it was nowhere close to Topaz. I love the final result of Topaz on portrait shots a lot and Topaz would be my choice for group portrait or individual portrait shots. However, there is a but the end result on smiling teeth on these portraits is discolored in a way that is unattractive with discolorations that look like stain or darkened shape. Can anything be done about this?

I’ve been working on forty or so JPGs in stand-alone mode and noticed the following (PC with Windows 10):
- once I pre-processed the pictures visible at the bottom of the window, I couldn’t properly use the scrollbar to reach the following ones. I couldn’t see what picture was the last one pre-processed or active. Using the arrows to go to the next/previous picture doesn’t work. Dragging the current picture to the left shows pictures on the right of it: this however seems to change the order of processing. So I had to go back and forth using the scrollbar, looking for un-pre-processed pictures. It became a very messy and confusing order of pictures. It looked like the same pictures appeared more than once.
- The [Save xx images] looks quite inviting, even if only a part of the images were pre-processed. At that point, I don’t know if clicking on the button would use the autopilot to analyse and process all other pictures I didn’t pre-process.
- In the following step, there are options for defining prefix and suffix. With all the space available, shouldn’t it be nice to give an example, e.g. pic_20145-topaz-denoise-faceai-sharpen.jpg?
- I’m not sure what “Add applied filters to filename” mean. Is that about the prefix and suffix, or more?
- There is an option for converting to e.g. TIFF images. Does choosing TIFF mean converting in Photo AI? Or should I do that before Photo AI? I have this Topaz product.
- After all images are processed and saved, I come back to the pre-processing window, with all the pictures still open. That is confusing: should I still save them? Was there a problem with these images? A dialog box could make me decide to keep them open and process them a second time with other settings, or drop them and load other images.
- Inclusive interface: if I choose to use a low Display resolution and use Display scale (e.g. training purposes, bad eyes), I don’t get a scrollbar to reach the buttons.

After second time minimizing window, it can’t be shown anymore. Have to force close it using taskmanager.
I feel sad that I have to say that even this is progress… Few versions ago it didn’t minimize at all.
