I have installed all updates that program suggests. My system specs are attached in my earlier message in this same thread. Win 10 home.
Wife have 24" iMac with intell processor, all updates installed.
And yes, both uses Lightroom plug-in. I tried from plug-in extras also, but it didn’t work any better.

Okay, because you posted the issue under the discussion for 1.0.9 and the most current release is 1.0.10. So I was hoping the later version might solve your issue if it had been corrected for other Lr Win users too. Rats.
