Thank you, but I wasn’t using it as a plug-in. I was using it right from the program itself. But let me go back and look more carefully at the situation because it seems that it only fails with just one of the programs. Thank you for your response.
If you are able to reproduce the issue or see it happen again, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach the logs to your reply so I can check the contents.
