Topaz Photo AI 2.0.5 still crash on RTX cards

Topaz Photo AI v2.0.5 (trial) constantly crashes on RTX cards (checked with RTX3060Ti and RTX4070Ti) on any face recovery or color/brightness corrections. Switching to CPU resolves crashes but it is damned slo-o-o-ow…

I’ve tried older Nvidia drivers (dated by March) - problem stays the same, so it is not related to driver’s issue.

Is this bug planned to resolve or I should search for other alternatives?

I don’t have any issues with the RTX3060 using the latest Studio driver issued 10/10 … If you need the version I can get it to you in about 12 hours when I am back at the computer. But it is the latest.

Just tested: No crashing here on a Windows 11 PC with Core i7 13700 and RTX4600, either.
I’m using the latest Studio drivers V537.58 from 10.10.2023.

As jo.vo says it is 537.58 released 10/10

Unfortunately, the same driver version as noted by you. Configuration is Windows 10 Pro_for_WS, 64G RAM, AMD Ryzen 3995WX.
It is very strange. As I’m currently on election stage for program to buy I tested a number of different de-noisers. TPAI looks most effective, but it is only program crashes when use HW acceleration. I DL-ed TVAI just for case - and it works fine too with the same HW configuration. It’s vey strange…

Next time Topaz Photo AI crashes, please follow the instructions here to get and send me the logs.

Open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach the logs to your reply so I can check the contents.

Thank you. Will do tomorrow on other machines and send.

Hi, sorry for delayed reply. Just our corporate network has strange filtering and I was not able to login.
