Topaz Photo AI 1.3.9 not saving to Adobe Lightroom Classic

On a pc

  1. From lightroom classic, right click on image to Edit in Topaz AI 1.3.9
  2. Select Recover Faces.
  3. After preview is shown, click on Save to Adobe Lightroom.
  4. Processing begins but then shortly after, the program immediately closes without the photo being processed.

Hi there! Please be sure to include your computer’s system profile and your logs from Topaz Photo AI so we can troubleshoot. You can gather your log files from the app by first recreating this behavior within the app, and then going to Help > Open Log Folder. Upload all of these log files to this thread and we can review them.
