I start Topaz PhotoAI with .tif files exported from DxO PhotoLab already denoised with DeepPrimeXD. However, Topaz’s autopilot very often re-enables denoising with sometimes very extreme settings, resulting in extreme artifacts in the output.

It would be very useful to block or minimize denoising in the global settings (apart from improving the algorithm, of course).

Thanks for reporting this. I was able to reproduce the behavior and shared this with my team so we can figure out the cause.

It looks like the noise detection is identifying noise when it should not. We are working on features that will allow for blocking or minimizing some AI filters.

For now, I don’t have a good workaround other than manual adjustment unfortunately.
