TP 2.1.2 shows update available but when I click to install TP 2.1.2 just closes.
However, I was able to update to TP 2.1.3 directly from your website.

I had the same issue (windows 10). The update failed to complete and corrupted the installation. It took two attempts at installing a fresh version of 2.1.3 before it worked correctly. Not sure of the reason for this.
