If it does not, open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top, and click the ‘Help > Open Log Folder’ menu option. Please send in all the files located in this folder.

I have been having the same problem. Reinstalling Topaz Photo AI (including the RC plugin) stopped the freezing, but the -Edit.tif file that is exported back to Lightroom is unreadable (marked as usupported or damaged). Using most recent version of Lighroom Classic (13.4), MacOS 12.7.5
