I have downloaded programme but it will not run - not loading models. This is the spec of my Mac

Do you use a VPN or run any apps that block cookies or connections? These can block the server connection for the models.
Can try opening the app and using the Model Manager to try and directly download all the models as well to see if that bypasses your issue.
