When importing my video into Topaz it takes the original video file from 640 x 480 30 FPS and says its imported as 640 x 480 125 FPS. Then when I try and export it as HD 30 FPS the exported video basically wont play . When I export it as HD 125 FPS , it plays in really slow choppy motion .

Topaz AI is taking my 640 x 480 30 FPS video and turning it into 640x 480 125 FPS on IMPORT.... WHY?

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the “logsForSupport” file to your reply.
