Let’s try updating you to the most recent version release to see if this resolves the issue.
Please make sure you’ve also turned off any firewall, VPN, or proxy that may be on your computer. These are known to block the installation. Also make sure no settings configuration in your Windows system could be interfering.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you, I have tried using version 2.3.0 but it returned the same results. It seems to do some exposure corrections and I don’t know where it gets the data from. I have reset all changes made in lightroom deleted the exif data,I used the plugin extras and topaz seems to apply some exposure and color corrections and I can’t figure out how its doing it, I would have done the same sort of basic edits after it came back from Topaz.
I dont have a lic for the new version of Topaz I will update my lic shortly.
Any ideas of how Topaz does these edits would be appreciated
