Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Load TIFF File with EXIF and IPTC metadata
  2. Run Autopilot
  3. Check files at end and notice that information like “Lens” and “ISO” amongst others have been lost

Do you have antivirus on this computer? That can sometimes prevent the metadata from writing properly.
