Hello, I have been facing this issue since past few weeks. When I opened the photo its just through a blank screen and “loading image…”

Windows or Mac?
What type of image?
What are your technical specifications? If you are on Windows run DxDiag save the output and upload here.

Hello, I am using mac. This is not fist time happened many times.
Technical specs:
Apple M1 Pro

MacOS Ventura 13.3.1

Let me know if you need more information.
Same issue with Gigapixel AI as well. Not tested other products that I purchased.
