Hi,
After the conversion work is completed in the export process, the work may stop with the remaining time 0 seconds.
This phenomenon occurs suddenly regardless of the AI model or file format.
It is very disappointing when the work that has continued for more than 10 hours stops here.
Is there anything I can do to prevent this kind of problem from occurring?

I encountered this today during a screen share and noticed that the file that was created was not able to be opened.

Are you seeing a file on your end that is unplayable when this occurs?

In order to troubleshoot this, I will need your logs and your full system profile.
