Processing a clip that containes super white and super black data leads to a discard of that part of the video signal (even) when exporting as Prores file. This becomes an issue when trying to color correct the video clip after processing in Topaz. Especially when trying to recover (burned out) highligts.
Which version of the app are you currently using? Can you provide any screenshots or logs for the team to review when looking into this issue?
Can you use MediaInfo and post here the file metadata?
