I have tried different videos - and when trying to render - all of them just loop on processing and do not progress…

I have tried all the obvious fixes (closing and restarting) other than reinstalling. Annoyingly, I seem to have missed out on the project starlight thing by a day or two. Not sure if that is part of the issue, but it was fine before I got the pop up rubbing it in my face that my upgrade period is over.
Just so anyone reading this realises, I am a very simple guy with some mental processing issues (just in case anyone gets technical)

The logs are showing that the app is not getting to the actual processing stage as it seems to get hung up trying to download and queue up the models.
Open the Model Manager inside the app and let’s make sure that the models are downloaded for the app to use.
Click on the File tab in the top left corner, then scroll down to Model Manager.
You will want to make sure that the box for Enhancement is checked and the same for Frame Interpolation since those are the two areas you are wanting to apply. This will make sure that every model is downloaded in those categories.
Then click confirm and that will start the manual download of the models to your computer.
This can take a bit depending on how many models are missing, so grab a coffee and come back in a bit to check.
Once those are down downloading. Try loading up the file again and hit to export it with the settings you want to use.
If you get an error again, please pull the updated logs and send to the support team directly so we can take a look.
