Strong sharpen filter adds a lot of weird noise to the subject

1. Version: Topaz Photo AI 1.3.4 (But this has been happening since the new sharpen model update)
2. Bug: The majority of images that use the “strong sharpen model” by default, ends up with a lot of noise. Old models like Lens Blur and Motion Blur doesnt suffer from this, but they are never auto-detected,

Thanks for reporting this. I shared this issue with the researcher who is working on the Sharpen - Strong model and they are working on a solution for this.

In the meanwhile, turning on the Remove Noise model when seeing this with the Sharpen - Strong model should prevent this behavior.
