Strange checker pattern

The resulting image is structured in a strange checker pattern
Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Step 1: open RAF file in Topaz Photo AI 2.20 standalone
2. Step 2 apply Remove Noise and slight sharpening through Standard AI model
3. Step 3 export as DNG

Same problem with export as TIFF – I have checked it down to v 2.10

I have been through 1.5, 1.54, 2.0 and 2.07 – all of them no checker pattern.
It starts with 2.10.
I will stick with 2.07 since it is also the first one that can handle proper DNG output.
