Starlight Mini Model loading takes forever

  1. If i want to upscale i Video with Starlight Mini, the Loading Model-Process takes forever, limiting Ram to 70% didn´t solve the issue, GPU is at ~7% Load
  2. RTX4090 ROG Strix, AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D

The logs are showing some very odd behavior for the SL Mini model.

I would recommend doing a full uninstall of the app and then reinstall and download the model again to see if that fixes it.

I did the reinstallation and further troubleshooting. Soon turned out that the Microsoft Applocker was the pain in the Ass, preventing the runner.exe in the models dir to start. Issue solved, thank you.
