Hi, starlight Mini download was odd (I passed all system requirements but the download indicator showed NaNGB or NaNGB downloade) but after the download, I was able to export locally but as soon as generation begins, it crashes with the error in the logs attached.

Looks like the file did not download correctly and is running into issues when being applied to your source file.

  • Open Windows System Settings>Apps>Uninstall and remove Video AI
  • Delete any files and folder for the main drive - C:\Program Files\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Video AI\
  • Open the Registry Editor on your system. - Windows Key+R will open the run option and then type regedit. Click yes when it prompts.
  • Navigate down to the following folders and right-click on it to delete it.
  • I. Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Topaz Labs LLC\ Topaz Video AIII. Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Video AI
  • Reboot your system
  • Reinstall the app from a clean download using this link: Video AI v7.1.0 - windows installer

Download the model in that version and let it install and try running it there. If it works there, then you can update back up to 7.1.3 or 7.1.4 and download the update for the model and you should be good.
