If this does not work, roll back to version 7.1.0 and download the model from there and once it is done run a test video to ensure that it is complete and then you can update back to 7.1.5 if you wish to do so.
There is something in version 7.1.3 - 7.1.5 that can cause issues with the downloader for some users, rolling back to 7.1.0 has proven to be more stable for that download process.
Yes rolling back to 7.1.0 helps. But after update to 7.1.5 the problem came back.
