Starlight Mini cloud render failed and is not working

I tried to use Starlight Mini and used 10 credits. I ran into an error and got this

I tried again and the render process was not working, I canceled it since it was not doing anything and I did not get my credits returned… Please help. I had 28 credits and used 13 for a new render.

The credits were rolled back to your account after the process timed out. If you are not seeing the credits back in the account yet, try restarting the app interface to refresh the credit count.

Thanks, they came back. I am just not understanding why the cloud render is not working..

The backend team has been reviewing errors and working in improving the server side of things to resolve these issues. They have pushed a few updates to the cloud processing workflow that should be assisting with these previous issues.
