When cloud export using Starlight, the output resolution is different from the specified resolution.
For example, if you export a 480x360 (4:3) video with an output resolution of 1440x1080, it will actually be output at 3320x2488 (4:3). If you specify an output resolution of FHD (1920x1080) Pillarbox, it will be output at 2880x2160 (4:3, non-pillarbox).
It appears that all output resolution settings are ignored and the video is always upscaled to 4K (2160p) or higher while maintaining the aspect ratio.
This is being worked on and investigated by the devs.

Having this issue as well, used over 100 credits before discovering that Starlight Sharp in the cloud will downscale 4K to 1080p, despite specifiying 4K resolution when creating the job. Very unhappy about the wasted credits.
