This topic is related to posts Scene detection video recombine ignores export quality settings and Starlight cloud export ignore output resolution settings . The post provides log entries regarding the where I think the issue may exist.
I have Topaz Video 1.6.0 installed.
I dug into the log for the job that didn’t recombine the videos at the same bitrate and found these lines:
2026-05-24 03-21-20.975 Thread: 38204 Info FF Process Output: 39 e[48;5;0me[38;5;0m[out#0/mp4 @ 0000028316E42280] e[0me[48;5;0me[38;5;0mCodec AVOption b:a (set bitrate (in bits/s)) has not been used for any stream. The most likely reason is either wrong type (e.g. a video option with no video streams) or that it is a private option of some decoder which was not actually used for any stream.

I also found the following entries a few lines above:

I can provide the snippet of the log I think pertains or the entire job log.
Thanks!
