software is very slow to load images on my macbook

Hi @purposebypaige.com, how long is ‘slow’ for you?

Has Topaz Photo AI always worked this speed or has it worked faster in the past?

Slow is taking over 15 Minutes to download 5 photos… is that slow or normal with this software?

Depending on your system’s hardware, this can be normal – but, if it’s been stuck on one photo with the processing bar full for over an hour, then this is unusual.

Can you try processing one more photo and then send us your Log files? You can gather your log files from the app by first recreating this behavior within the app, and then going to Help > Open Log Folder. Upload all of these log files to this thread and we can review them.

Also, please send us your full Mac system profile and we can investigate.
