In version 5.2.2, and possibly 5.2.3, the user’s choice to snooze an update notification is ignored on a Mac, regardless of the snooze period.

Thanks for reporting this, I’ve just tested and see that the snooze timeframe is not being taken into account. I’ve just created a bug report on our end to be fixed in a future update!
