With the latest update (version 3.2) came a significant decrease in performance. Both the preview and export processes are significantly slower. Especially, the model loading takes several minutes whereas before it took about one fifth of the time. Working with a maxed out Mac Studio with Apple M1 Ultra, 8TB and 128 GB. Still in my 30 day money back phase. If these issues won’t be solved soon I’d have to cancel the purchase as this is quite frustrating.

Does this performance decrease remain the same with the new 3.2.1 update? There were some issues with model loading that our developers have addressed in the latest build of Video AI. If performance hasn’t improved, please open a support ticket with your app log files so that we can find the cause of the change in processing times.
To gather logs, please select Help > File Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
