Sharpening artifacts cannot be suppressed even on lowest “blur” settings.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Edited in LRC
  2. Edited in PAI
  3. Tried various denoise and sharpen settings
  4. Only standard sharpening did not produce artifacts
  5. Found that both “blur” sharpens produced artifacts (see back of male shirt and female hands).
