It just errors if I load a shadowplay AV1 I can play it but if I say want to increase the framerate and I try to export it just errors, this is all of my shadowplay AV1 caps so I figure its a codec error, the old H264 files are fine
Can I take a look at the app’s logs?

So is this an issue with codecs on my end or something topaz needs to fix? Has anyone else had this issue?
any update on this?
still broken after latest update
There are some reported issues with the AV1 recordings from ShadowPlay that are causing playback issues in other editing apps as well like Resolve or Premiere Pro. It looks like this could be on the AV1 side of things from Nvidia ShadowPlay. Can you try recording in a different codec, for the recordings you already have I would recommend using handbrake to convert them and then they should process in Video AI without issue.
yeah my MP4 shadowplay files work fine in Topaz
