Selecting images with Photo AI will not open

When selecting images with Photo AI, they will then not open. Just remains on the drop images or select page? Also can’t get to work via Lightroom. Was working perfectly last week until the update. I’m on a mac. Anyone help at all as need to use ASAP?

Can you please try the steps below and let me know if this behavior persists?

  1. Delete any/all versions of Topaz Photo AI from your Applications folder.
  2. Delete the plist files for Topaz Photo AI using instructions here and reboot your computer afterwards.
  3. Download the full installer from the Topaz Labs downloads page and follow the installer once more.

If this does not change this behavior, let me know and we can continue troubleshooting.
