See Steps if you are stuck on "ANALYZING IMAGE"

Hello,

For anyone experiencing Stuck at analysis behavior, see steps below:

——-

If you have a Mac computer and are using as a plugin, ensure the host app is set up correctly for permissions:

——–-
If you are using the app as a standalone on Mac, or on a Windows machine, please make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements (link below).

Important: If your System meets the minimum requirements, you can skip to these steps.

For example, on Windows the minimum requirement is 6GB of VRAM (8GB recommended). Systems with lower VRAM — such as 0.5GB, 2GB, or similar — fall below the requirements and are not supported.

If your machine is under the minimum requirements, you may experience issues such as problems updating, crashes, slow performance, or inconsistent behavior across versions. These systems are unsupported for all versions of the app.

As a workaround, you can revert to a prior version that worked better on your machine (see v1.3.3 link below) and revisit newer versions once you have a computer that meets the minimum requirements.

——

If your machine meets the minimum requirements for RAM and VRAM, and you still have issues, you can send us an email to support@topazlabs.com with your app’s Logs (Help menu in the app, Open Logs Folder, and send us all the files). While we have a look at the log files, you can revert to v1.3.3

I am trying to use Topaz to sharpen some mild motion blur images. there are no options in settings that allow me to turn off subject detection and topaz keeps getting stuck on this step when I try to process images from Lightroom Classic. I have never had this issue before.
