Save Photo isn't working in Lightroom Classic

  1. Within Lightroom Classic I am selecting ‘Edit in Topaz app’ as usual. The image comes up in Topaz and as always the results are amazing.

2). Click ‘Save to Adobe Lightroom Classic’ button, and Topaz presents the usual dialogue box and finishes

Are you using the File > Plug-in Extras > Process with Topaz Photo AI or the Photo > Edit in > Topaz Photo AI workflow?

Please send me the log files so I can see what’s going on in the application. To do that, open Topaz Photo AI and go to the Help > Open Log Folder menu option and upload all the logs files in the folder.

Please also try the steps below in the meantime.

  1. Delete any/all versions of Topaz Photo AI from your Applications folder.
  2. Delete the plist files for Topaz Photo AI using instructions here and reboot your computer afterwards.
  3. Download the full installer from the Topaz Labs downloads page and follow the installer once more.

If this does not change this behavior, let me know and we can continue troubleshooting.
